- IBM Tivoli Netcool/RAD 3.0 Fundamentals (TN190)
You should have:
- Netcool/OMNIbus proficiency (TN010)
- Understanding of Web development skills, particularly Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- Solid fundamentals in UNIX environment administration
