Prerequisites
The following skills are expected:
- Familiarity with IBM Tivoli Monitoring architecture
- Ability to use and navigate the Tivoli Enterprise Portal
- Working knowledge of how to access situation events, situation event details, and status changes
- Ability to manage situation events effectively using IBM Tivoli Monitoring
- Experience with the Tivoli desktop
- Working knowledge of TEC 3.9
- Working knowledge of system administration of Linux and Windows 2000
