Netcool/Reporter provides a comprehensive suite of pre-defined reports including executive-level Event Summaries, Fault Diagnosis and Service-Level Management reporting for internal or external service level agreements (SLAs). By aggregating and summarizing event data along key dimensions (including Location, Node, Class, Manager, and AlertKey) these reports let managers pinpoint "hot spots" and high-event areas throughout the network. - Accessibility
