Operating an Internet trading platform for millions of investors, CMC Markets' business depends on keeping its systems online and available at all times. Its servers, applications, networks and data centre equipment were managed by a variety of separate monitoring systems, making it difficult to get an overall view of the infrastructure or analyse root causes of failure.
Solution:
Working with Pirean, CMC Markets have implemented IBM Tivoli Monitoring and ITCAM for Response Time Tracking, replacing many existing monitoring systems and integrating others with the new solution.
