Spanning four days, the primary conference in Las Vegas in February drew in over 7000 delegates, with an additional 51 Pulse Comes To You (PCTY) meetings held/ scheduled throughout 27 countries in 2011. Agendas packed full of intelligent and innovative content ensured IBM delivered on its promise to share inspirational methods of delivering quality services, whilst effectively managing risk and compliance, optimizing business investments, and accelerating business growth.
