Enabling User Enrollment with Access: One

A user enters the corporate homepage Webtop. Having not authenticated they are only presented with the most public resources. They can only view any sensitive resources after log in.

After entering their credentials, the user is taken back to the Webtop. They now have a view of the secure company applications they have access to and those they can request access to.

Once the user’s request is approved the Webtop displays the application as available and permitted.

Accessing the application can trigger additional levels of authentication, as well as interstitial pages for elements such as ‘Terms of Use’ screens before they can proceed.
